Just a detail, Harry Harkimo is the actual name and "Hjallis" is the nickname, but to everybody he is known as Hjallis Harkimo. According to the Finnish Wikipedia, the nickname "Hjallis" comes from a Norwegian speed skater Hjalmar "Hjallis" Andersen, who wore his cap the same way (slanted) as Harry did when he was young.

As for pronouncing, Harry and Harkimo are pronounced like they are written and Hjallis is pronounced something like "jallis" (the "h" fades away).
